What is GOALS?
Gerts Ongoing Advanced Leadership Summit (GOALS) is held every two years. This unique summer leadership experience is overflowing with activities and workshops to help NJSGA members enhance their leadership skills. The summit is specifically designed for senior and intermediate NJSGA members, providing an environment perfectly suited for coaching each junior in creative ways to become effective, compassionate and influential leaders.
